3. Reject "Victimhood" _ Rob Decker
Get ready to immediately dive in to the dirt and muck of intense personal formation. This podcast is not for the faint of heart. Real and tough stuff is discussed. This is “leg day” and we all know how we feel about leg day (Except Jon, but he’s weird). A couple nuggets:
- Rejecting the “victimhood” mentality
- The necessity to face the person in the mirror
- The decision to choose a life pursuing resilience
- The desire to give back and serve others
- The realization that all decisions, good or bad, that we make will affect those around us
- The goal to create a starting place for the next generation that exceeds what this generation can accomplish

Aaron

08;06;29;03 - 08;06;28;02
Aaron
Of all.
08;06;27;27 - 08;06;11;29
Aaron
That Rob is will be talking about that. Now we're going to we're going to talk a little bit about who Rob is because his story of grit is one worth hearing. I think we're going to get. We're going to mine some nuggets as we do today, as we talk with Rob Decker, who is the owner of Kingdom
08;06;11;29 - 08;06;02;25
Aaron
Fit, Faith and Training. He also has a pretty incredible story how he got here. So. Good morning, John. Good morning with us today. How are you doing?
08;06;02;22 - 08;05;53;20
Jon
Yeah, doing well. So when you when you told me about Rob, I was expecting someone with a dad bod. He, like, trained out of a gym buggy, showed up guns ripping out of his shirt.
08;05;53;06 - 08;05;51;23
Aaron
I know what. What is this?
08;05;51;22 - 08;05;49;16
Aaron
Yeah, I wouldn't pick on Rob. Yeah, just looking at him.
08;05;49;14 - 08;05;48;04
Rob
I purposely wore.
08;05;48;04 - 08;05;45;18
Rob
A smaller shirt. Today, boys get. Yeah, just for you.
08;05;45;17 - 08;05;44;19
Jon
Is it called the medium?
08;05;44;18 - 08;05;36;22
Rob
Yeah, it's a boys medium. So my four year old, I tapped into his closet and I'm like, Yo Caleb, I'm wearing this today, bro.
08;05;36;10 - 08;05;33;04
Aaron
You know? Yeah, yeah.
08;05;32;18 - 08;05;21;20
Jon
I was half tempted to reach out to you and be like, Hey, I know it's weird, but I'm hitting the gym in the morning. If you want to come and work out and then we go up all sweaty and just make fun of Aaron coming in a suit.
08;05;21;06 - 08;05;18;07
Rob
Let's do it. Dude, that would have been so awesome.
08;05;18;00 - 08;05;17;16
Aaron
Do you know.
08;05;17;16 - 08;05;16;23
Rob
How much I enjoy.
08;05;16;23 - 08;05;15;27
Rob
Making fun of Aaron?
08;05;15;26 - 08;05;15;03
Rob
You know what I.
08;05;15;03 - 08;05;12;27
Aaron
Do to the two of us? Love that idea.
08;05;11;22 - 08;05;09;24
Aaron
That's great. Well, and.
08;05;09;24 - 08;05;05;17
Jon
The reason we're giving Aaron such a hard time is because he was terribly late this morning.
08;05;05;17 - 08;05;04;06
Aaron
Oh yeah, you know, he just.
08;05;04;01 - 08;05;02;15
Jon
Showed us where his priorities are.
08;05;02;15 - 08;04;57;22
Rob
Not because we don't have things to do today and we don't.
08;04;57;13 - 08;04;54;18
Jon
There's all this is built to to bring you joy.
08;04;54;12 - 08;04;53;17
Aaron
I should say.
08;04;53;15 - 08;04;50;00
Aaron
I had a meeting before this, but whatever does it matter?
08;04;49;29 - 08;04;49;14
Aaron
There's nothing.
08;04;49;14 - 08;04;48;17
Rob
Like accommodating.
08;04;48;02 - 08;04;42;16
Jon
So, so you know, no excuses, right? No one cares that your traffic that you can't die.
08;04;42;15 - 08;04;38;02
Aaron
That's true. That's true. I disrespected you. And I apologize. I'm just going to own it.
08;04;38;01 - 08;04;36;06
Jon
Thank you. I accept your apology.
08;04;36;05 - 08;04;35;23
Aaron
All right. Thanks.
08;04;35;23 - 08;04;34;21
Jon
I'll let the anger drain out.
08;04;34;12 - 08;04;29;05
Aaron
Now, here's the key. Can we move on? Yes. All right. All right.
08;04;29;05 - 08;04;12;19
Aaron
Excellent. Well, Rob. So I think just assuming people don't know who Rob Decker is, I mean, you know, you're semi-famous in your own real world, right? But you know, the reason why we have guests on here is because we know there's just incredible stories.
08;04;12;19 - 08;03;57;03
Aaron
We all have our own piece and information that we've learned along the way. And these discussions, I think, are just great because they add to our information on how to get through the disciplines of life. Right? But yours, you're started pretty aggressively, right?
08;03;57;02 - 08;03;45;16
Aaron
We're not gonna go all the way back to little boy Rob. But take me back to a place where you kind of vectored to start having healthy decisions and healthy disciplines in your life. So take me there.
08;03;45;06 - 08;03;43;18
Rob
So you want me to start with the healthy stuff.
08;03;43;01 - 08;03;41;22
Rob
Because I think it kind of started.
08;03;41;22 - 08;03;40;12
Rob
With the unhealthy stuff.
08;03;40;12 - 08;03;37;24
Aaron
Right? Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, I read that. So yeah.
08;03;37;09 - 08;03;36;02
Rob
Ultimately, what happened.
08;03;36;02 - 08;03;23;14
Rob
Was, is that I came out of a very traumatizing childhood. Both my parents were addicts and alcoholics and very troubling relationship that they had and eventually.
08;03;23;14 - 08;03;19;26
Rob
That carried over onto me. And then I got involved in drugs.
08;03;19;26 - 08;03;18;00
Rob
And alcohol at a very young age.
08;03;16;25 - 08;03;15;02
Rob
I did take a liking to fitness.
08;03;15;02 - 08;03;13;15
Rob
Fitness was an escape for me.
08;03;13;14 - 08;03;10;29
Rob
Sports, I played baseball. That was a great.
08;03;10;29 - 08;03;09;05
Rob
Escape for me. But you know.
08;03;09;00 - 08;03;06;02
Rob
After that one hour workout or that two and a half hour game.
08;03;06;02 - 08;03;04;25
Rob
It's back to reality.
08;03;04;24 - 08;03;03;11
Rob
Right through my.
08;03;03;10 - 08;02;43;26
Rob
Twenties, I just got deeper into the drugs and the alcohol and getting into very poor relationships until I met my match and one of my relationships where I was accused of rape and attempted murder, which led me to a suicide attempt where I jumped headfirst out of a three storey loft, clipped my foot on an awning, broke
08;02;43;26 - 08;02;35;21
Rob
my back, shattered my left arm, broke my right wrist and collapsed my left lung. And I was told that I was never going to walk again. In the event.
08;02;35;21 - 08;02;32;26
Rob
That I did, I would be highly medicated.
08;02;32;26 - 08;02;28;19
Rob
And I'd be living off a disability. I would never play sport or workout, ever.
08;02;28;18 - 08;02;26;23
Jon
Wow. OK, real quick.
08;02;25;29 - 08;02;23;03
Aaron
Yes. That's right.
08;02;23;01 - 08;02;11;18
Aaron
That was a lot of crazy. OK. So, OK, time out, right? So can we say, can we agree that maybe that was rock bottom? I mean, you know, I kind of got I mean, you pushed. Well.
08;02;11;01 - 08;01;59;17
Jon
Yeah, I think I think that we need to take one more step of pause just because that was like, Yeah, can you tell us about the time that, you know, you may be struggling and you had the choice to quit or something?
08;01;59;04 - 08;01;55;24
Aaron
And you're sitting here like, Yeah, man, well, here's.
08;01;55;24 - 08;01;51;22
Jon
A nuclear warhead, and it's detonating now.
08;01;51;17 - 08;01;49;28
Aaron
Right, right. So I think.
08;01;49;28 - 08;01;35;07
Jon
That's going to I think the potency of that is going to catch people who like completely off guard. It caught me off guard. Just all that shotgun blast, right? Awesome, but that's heavy, you're smiling. Yeah, I can't wait to see where we.
08;01;35;07 - 08;01;20;11
Aaron
Go with this. What's crazy to me to rob before you get into the next piece of it right is that some people need that severity of a bomb in their life. You know, like, I know how intense you are anyway.
08;01;19;28 - 08;01;11;13
Aaron
So it's almost like the Converse intensity had to happen before you would even get your attention right? You need it. You needed that.
08;01;11;07 - 08;01;09;29
Rob
Well, I'm kind of all.
08;01;09;29 - 08;01;07;27
Rob
Or nothing, guy. Yeah, I mean, if I'm going to.
08;01;07;27 - 08;01;03;10
Aaron
Commit, I'm really going to commit. You're going to blow it. And for sure, that day, yeah.
08;01;03;10 - 08;01;00;07
Jon
Ed, first out a three story that's that takes courage.
08;00;59;24 - 08;00;59;11
Aaron
Even in.
08;00;59;11 - 08;00;57;12
Jon
The negativity that that was. Wow.
08;00;56;19 - 08;00;52;10
Rob
It was a bold move, you know? But I think that at that point in my.
08;00;52;10 - 08;00;43;27
Rob
Life, at 29 years old, I just had it with the lifestyle that I was living. I was making all sorts of bad choices. I was a drug dealer. I was.
08;00;43;27 - 08;00;39;28
Rob
Homeless. You know, I wasn't working. I didn't have my license.
08;00;39;28 - 08;00;35;19
Rob
Like I was engaged in this really horrible relationship. The young lady was an escort.
08;00;35;07 - 08;00;33;23
Rob
You know, and and here I'm being.
08;00;33;23 - 08;00;32;23
Rob
Falsely accused of some.
08;00;32;23 - 08;00;26;24
Rob
Stuff. And it was just that moment, you know, and as a child, you know, I used to be fed.
08;00;26;24 - 08;00;22;29
Rob
This lie that you're going to be dead or in prison by the time you're 30.
08;00;22;18 - 08;00;15;26
Rob
And so here it is. eight days after my 29th birthday Memorial Day weekend and.
08;00;15;21 - 08;00;04;02
Rob
The perfect storm of events happened where I get accused of what I got accused for. And that was the moment that was just the moment that, like it was just the perfect storm for me to commit to that act.
08;00;03;27 - 08;00;02;29
Aaron
Yeah. Yeah.
08;00;02;14 - 08;00;02;05
Rob
So.
08;00;01;16 - 09;59;47;14
Aaron
Wow. Well, Rob, that's it. Okay, so so here we are. We're at this place where you're coming to the end of yourself. I mean, you said that you know, you enjoyed sports like that was an escape for you and that was taken from you.
09;59;47;14 - 09;59;34;21
Aaron
And you know, relationships were something that you kind of found some solace in that state. I mean, you're just at a place where you're you're looking hard into the mirror. Right, right. So what did you do? Yeah, John, were you?
09;59;34;18 - 09;59;24;02
Jon
I don't even know if you were looking in the mirror at that point. And you probably woke up like, what's happened? You're learning, you're your body's broken. All these things that bring you joy in a which sounds like a pretty dark time.
09;59;23;21 - 09;59;23;07
Aaron
Right?
09;59;23;05 - 09;59;16;16
Jon
Or being ripped from you. What? You know, what was the next step? What, what happened next?
09;59;15;29 - 09;59;08;28
Rob
Oh, man, I got arrested in the hospital for rape and attempted murder and had 1,000,000 dollar bail thrown on me, man.
09;59;08;28 - 09;59;05;07
Rob
And you know, I think surviving that.
09;59;05;07 - 09;58;56;01
Rob
Incident really woke me up in a sense. I knew that there was a purpose for my life. I just didn't know what it was at that point.
09;58;55;03 - 09;58;53;18
Rob
But going with.
09;58;53;18 - 09;58;38;11
Rob
The theme of looking in the mirror, man, you just brought something back for me that I hardly ever talk about. And I remember so when I jumped out that window, I was £215 solid muscle. I look like a small linebacker just shaved my head.
09;58;38;11 - 09;58;23;26
Rob
I had this tough guy look, you know, and and three weeks, four weeks after I jumped out that window, I had to have a couple of surgeries so that I could walk again. I mean, the first few weeks were just it was it was hell.
09;58;23;08 - 09;58;17;17
Rob
And I remember. Getting up out of the bed.
09;58;17;17 - 09;58;15;28
Rob
To go to the bathroom.
09;58;15;10 - 09;58;14;13
Rob
And I look up.
09;58;14;13 - 09;57;59;24
Rob
Into the mirror and I don't even recognize that dude that's in the mirror, like, who's this dude that's in the room with me? And it was me, man. Some of my hair growing back. I lost. I think it was £50, £55.
09;57;59;24 - 09;57;46;02
Rob
I dropped from 215 to about 160, maybe a little bit lighter than that. They weren't weighing me at the time, but I mean, I was skinny. You know, I looked like someone who hadn't eaten for a long time.
09;57;46;02 - 09;57;27;05
Rob
And the reality was, is that in the hospital, I couldn't eat. I was on so many pain medications that my appetite just wasn't there. I couldn't eat. So my body just atrophied so quickly. And I remember the there was a physical therapist that came in like day one, and she went to go put something around my leg
09;57;27;05 - 09;57;17;04
Rob
to measure it right is to check my blood pressure. And she couldn't get it around my legs. Like this? Who's got some bees legs right? You know, for squat and 500 £600.
09;57;16;14 - 09;57;14;28
Rob
And comes back a.
09;57;14;28 - 09;57;00;18
Rob
Few weeks later, and she's basically using a blood pressure gauge that you put around someone's arm around my leg and she looks at me and she's like, You need to go home. Whatever's going on here isn't helping you.
09;56;59;29 - 09;56;48;12
Rob
You know, and I just couldn't. I couldn't eat. I couldn't sleep. I was in so much pain. And yeah, so thanks for bringing that back. I mean, hardly do I ever get to talk about that experience of looking in the mirror.
09;56;48;05 - 09;56;43;05
Rob
And, you know, years after that, I couldn't look in the mirror. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. I was so ashamed.
09;56;43;02 - 09;56;32;28
Jon
Whether there's something really powerful to that mirror situation, I can relate to that I am in a not in a similar, but in my own way. I am a mere wakeup call. Who is this guy? I hate this person.
09;56;32;28 - 09;56;20;11
Jon
I'm looking at, right? I want to walk a little bit further in that. Yeah, talk about a little bit more because that triggers something, right? When when you look in the mirror like, who is this? Right? And then you can't stand that right.
09;56;20;10 - 09;56;19;01
Jon
What did what did you do with that?
09;56;17;27 - 09;56;05;14
Rob
Well, you know, I knew that I was going to have to hit a path and rehabilitation, and I was going to have to get stronger through the trials and tribulations that I was going through at that time. Was it easy?
09;56;05;13 - 09;55;48;28
Rob
Absolutely not, man. You know, I was still highly medicated. I couldn't. I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror at all. It just, I mean, when I got out of that hospital and I mean, we're missing a big chunk of the story of what happened in the hospital, but I went to go stay with my
09;55;48;28 - 09;55;35;02
Rob
mom. And I remember I would go to the bathroom with my head down. I just couldn't bear to look at myself because I couldn't move. I just wasn't that guy. I mean, fitness fitness was my god. I worship fitness.
09;55;35;02 - 09;55;26;09
Rob
Fitness. Was that one thing that I was able to turn to in all my in my anger and my depression and my anxiety? I was able to turn and I.
09;55;26;09 - 09;55;22;09
Rob
Worshiped that, like if I could get anything for people.
09;55;22;09 - 09;55;14;18
Rob
To admire. It was my physique. And that was all taken away from me. The reality is, is that my the.
09;55;14;17 - 09;55;08;01
Rob
Outside, my shell looked really strong. And and you know, the way people would look at you.
09;55;07;22 - 09;55;01;16
Rob
Was like, Man, that guy's got it going on. He's got it figured out. Like, but on the inside. Not at all. Not even remotely.
09;55;01;16 - 09;55;01;07
Rob
I was a.
09;55;01;07 - 09;54;59;07
Rob
Broken little boy that was falling apart.
09;54;57;25 - 09;54;55;26
Rob
You know, what you could see.
09;54;55;18 - 09;54;48;29
Rob
Was just, it was a mirage man. It wasn't for real at all. And so it took me a.
09;54;48;29 - 09;54;35;20
Rob
Lot of really deep internal spiritual awakening and addressing childhood trauma and and forgiving myself for the things.
09;54;35;20 - 09;54;32;25
Rob
That I had done to myself and forgiving.
09;54;32;25 - 09;54;26;22
Rob
The people around me for the things that they had done that made me the person I was. You know, there was such this like.
09;54;26;10 - 09;54;19;11
Rob
I had to work out the spirit man. You know, that's what needed to build some serious muscles. And in order for me to get that.
09;54;19;03 - 09;54;18;22
Rob
To that.
09;54;18;22 - 09;54;15;22
Rob
Place, my physical muscles had to be taken away.
09;54;15;21 - 09;54;12;01
Aaron
That is so good, John. I know both of us are like, ready. Yeah.
09;54;11;11 - 09;54;10;10
Jon
I cannot wait to after.
09;54;10;10 - 09;54;08;26
Aaron
You know you go, OK. Yeah.
09;54;05;01 - 09;53;50;08
Jon
Yes. So when I hear you say like. Experiment, what I'm hearing is this. I can even see it on your face or now you're wrestling with the memory of. Building your character and who you are as a man.
09;53;50;07 - 09;53;31;05
Jon
Yeah, right. It's one thing to be a broken boy who can destroy things with their body. It's another thing to have a destroyed body and no self-respect and to realize that if I'm going to live anything in this life, I need to build something that I can stand behind right in who I am.
09;53;31;01 - 09;53;10;03
Jon
Right, right. And what I'm hearing, and this is a question for accuracy is what you're describing is the path of beginning to take extraordinary personal ownership over what you are finding, both in the mirror and inside and beginning to put the work in to build up that spirit self, that inner man, the inner voice into something of
09;53;10;03 - 09;53;07;10
Jon
strength and character. Right? Is that accurate?
09;53;07;04 - 09;53;04;25
Rob
100%. I didn't want to be a victim anymore.
09;53;04;18 - 09;53;03;19
Jon
Yeah, that that's.
09;53;03;19 - 09;52;48;04
Rob
I didn't want to be that right? That's it. I wanted to be a game changer. Yeah. I wanted to walk into this world. You know, I'm still very close to a lot of my friends. You know, I'm 42 years old and I look at a lot of my friends back home and they're still struggling with the same
09;52;48;04 - 09;52;33;23
Rob
childhood struggles. I didn't want to be that guy. I wanted to be an example of the guy that could turn it around. And there's nothing special about me, boys. Nothing you can do. Anyone can do it. Yeah, you have to be willing to rip off that Band-Aid.
09;52;33;23 - 09;52;18;19
Rob
You have to be able to be willing to look deep and deal with the pain and the agony in the stresses of the unforgiveness and the childhood pain. And, you know, accepting that mom and dad were two human beings as.
09;52;18;19 - 09;52;09;03
Rob
Well, and they were broken and they needed help, you know, and they just passed on to you, whatever they had, right? Like, there was just so much depth to.
09;52;09;03 - 09;52;06;07
Rob
The things that I was trying to figure out and understand.
09;52;05;00 - 09;52;03;06
Rob
But it helped build.
09;52;03;06 - 09;51;52;05
Rob
Me to be a man. How many of us men walk through this life and we're not men? Yeah, that's cool. You make a lot of money that you had a cool job, bro. That's a nice car, man. You got some muscles.
09;51;52;05 - 09;51;49;03
Rob
That's cool, bro. You're a boy. Yup, you're a straight up boy.
09;51;48;18 - 09;51;47;12
Aaron
Well, you know, wow.
09;51;47;02 - 09;51;46;01
Jon
I'm on fire right now.
09;51;45;09 - 09;51;43;17
Aaron
So we're just lit up right now.
09;51;43;06 - 09;51;29;02
Jon
It's super fun because like, you know, they say, go to the military makes you man, right? The army didn't make me man and showed me how much of a boy was right, right? What what made me start to become a man was looking in the mirror, and that was actually when I was making the decision to transition
09;51;29;02 - 09;51;16;00
Jon
. That's not the army's fault. This is my own brokenness, my own weakness, right? But I had to start making those decisions, right? Look in the mirror. This is who I'm going to become. But what you just said, I think, is like my internal battle cry that I don't articulate very well.
09;51;16;00 - 09;51;01;14
Jon
But I hate the victim like I hate with every fiber of my being the victim hood mentality, right? Because that does nothing but steal, kill and destroy everyone it touches. And to say, No, I'm not going to be a victim anymore.
09;51;01;08 - 09;50;55;29
Jon
That's a choice anyone can make. And then you're like, Anyone can do it. It's easy. You just have to go through the agonizing.
09;50;55;21 - 09;50;48;19
Aaron
Death of looking at yourself, the sweat. Right. The sleepless night.
09;50;47;29 - 09;50;44;06
Jon
Just anyone can do it, it's not that hard if you can just literally go.
09;50;44;06 - 09;50;42;20
Rob
Through your worst version.
09;50;42;20 - 09;50;41;26
Jon
Of hell, right?
09;50;41;07 - 09;50;39;12
Rob
And those endless tears that yummy.
09;50;38;22 - 09;50;32;10
Aaron
Delicious you don't need hydration is so much easier during this small gator. Lick your tears.
09;50;31;26 - 09;50;30;03
Rob
Right? That gives you power.
09;50;29;17 - 09;50;25;10
Jon
That's why I grew the beard to match yours, and I just stay naturally hydrated.
09;50;25;04 - 09;50;21;12
Rob
And then in Colorado, go outside. They freeze. You could save them for later, right?
09;50;20;12 - 09;50;08;12
Jon
Yeah, but there's power to it because. You said I had a word for it, and forgive me, I forget the word you said, but I didn't want to be a victim. I wanted to be a game changer, a game changer.
09;50;08;10 - 09;49;51;09
Jon
Yeah. Yeah. And the thing that I just stumbled into for myself is, I want to I want to be a way maker. Yes. So it's like a game changer, way maker. What happens when a boy decides to look themselves and start to pay the price should become a man they want to.
09;49;50;26 - 09;49;45;22
Jon
They gained the courage to stand on their own feet. And effect change.
09;49;45;11 - 09;49;24;25
Rob
Right? Well, you know, I think that we live in a culture that's afraid to feel. And there are growing pains and becoming a man, and you have to be willing to absorb those pains. Unfortunately, you know, everyone wants to pop pills, they want to watch porn, they want to, they want to work out.
09;49;24;25 - 09;49;17;24
Rob
They want to distract themselves from the realities of life and growing up. You got to embrace that man, embrace the.
09;49;17;24 - 09;49;17;02
Rob
Suck.
09;49;17;02 - 09;49;16;15
Rob
Embrace.
09;49;16;15 - 09;49;05;18
Rob
The struggle. Like it's a struggle that builds character. Yeah, that's what I learned. And as far as the victim mentality, like I can understand the victim mentality and it sucks to see other.
09;49;05;18 - 09;48;56;12
Rob
People going through it. But a lot of people are just conditioned to go through things like that and. You have to be willing to.
09;48;54;07 - 09;48;52;03
Rob
Go through those spiritual workouts.
09;48;51;24 - 09;48;41;25
Aaron
So search, Rob, I got to interject because just to add some levity to the conversation, I know as a fitness trainer, we're here to talk about that here in just a minute to why you do what you do.
09;48;41;25 - 09;48;29;10
Aaron
But yeah, you know, the cardinal rule of fitness training at every fitness trainer has to deal with is you don't skip leg day, right? You know, you deal with a bunch of guys. Yeah, you can't skip the day.
09;48;29;10 - 09;48;19;05
Rob
Of the week. Did you love like every day's leg day? And that's so and so let's let the audience know. I've trained Aaron several times, and he knows my deep appreciation.
09;48;19;05 - 09;48;18;05
Rob
And sickness for leg.
09;48;18;05 - 09;48;16;00
Aaron
Day. And John does the same thing. It's like.
09;48;15;28 - 09;48;15;15
Rob
I like.
09;48;15;15 - 09;48;09;23
Aaron
It. It's like Chris Jordan's love closer. This is a Who's Aaron?
09;48;09;10 - 09;48;07;18
Rob
Like, we don't need him here anymore.
09;48;06;09 - 09;48;04;23
Aaron
But I gave up this.
09;48;04;23 - 09;47;55;27
Aaron
This is personal purpose because it's analogous to what we're talking about because, you know, IRA, I was training with just like, Hey, I got this back pain. I got this thing and you're like, Oh, it's your legs. I'm like.
09;47;55;24 - 09;47;55;14
Aaron
Yeah.
09;47;55;00 - 09;47;41;02
Aaron
Why is that my legs? I hurt here and say, Well, because you know, you told me other things core strength, all that kind of thing. But but just like you came to the end of yourself, you're strong and some muscles, but they weren't serving you anymore like they needed.
09;47;41;01 - 09;47;33;05
Aaron
You were weak in some areas like that's a really hard pill to swallow is that you haven't been even skipping leg day.
09;47;32;28 - 09;47;31;16
Rob
Emotionally right?
